Cancellation Policy
ALLIANCE QPS WEDDING BOOKING TERMS By submitting a deposit to reserve a wedding date and time, the couple confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: A date and time are not reserved until the required deposit is received. All deposits are nonrefundable. If the couple cancels, fails to appear, or arrives too late for the ceremony to be completed, the deposit will be forfeited. RESCHEDULING: The couple may request to reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled wedding time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Alliance QPS. Requests made less than 24 hours before the ceremony, cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit or additional fees may be required. ARRIVAL: The couple and guests must arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce ceremony or photography time. Significant lateness may result in cancellation without refund. MARRIAGE LICENSE: The couple is responsible for obtaining and bringing a valid South Carolina marriage license and all required documents. Alliance QPS cannot legally perform the ceremony without proper documentation. GUESTS, CONDUCT, AND PROPERTY: The couple is responsible for the conduct and supervision of their intended spouse, guests, children, and wedding party, as well as any damage they cause. Alliance QPS may stop or cancel the ceremony for threatening, abusive, intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. Alliance QPS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL: Alliance QPS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or changes caused by events outside our control, including weather, emergencies, illness, equipment failure, transportation problems, guest behavior, or either person’s refusal or failure to participate. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA: Unless Alliance QPS receives a signed written letter before the ceremony stating otherwise, the couple authorizes Alliance QPS to use selected photographs or video from the wedding for its website, social media, portfolio, advertising, printed materials, and promotional media. To opt out, the letter must state: “We do not authorize Alliance QPS to use our photographs or video for advertising, promotional, or media purposes.” AGREEMENT: Payment of the deposit and completion of the booking constitute acceptance of these terms.
